The early swelling and firmness naturally eased over time, and now it doesn’t feel foreign even when I touch it. It was revision rhinoplasty, and since my nose was also short, I had it done with autologous costal cartilage and also had facial fat grafting. The fat grafting was done about 3 weeks ago, so the swelling has all gone down!! I’m most satisfied because the line isn’t excessive. Before, my nostrils showed a lot and my nose was pointy, so it looked like the implant was showing through, but after making the nasal tip rounder, I think it looks more refined and suits me better :)
