I had rhinoplasty a very long time ago, and my glabella area was high, my nose was short, and the nasal tip felt droopy.. After doing a lot of online and in-person research, I watched videos of Director Kim Hyun-joo and RU Plastic Surgery, and I liked them the most, so I decided to go with them. I also had functional nose surgery and rhinitis surgery at the same time, so overall it became much easier to breathe. The dryness inside my nose improved quickly after rinsing with saline, and the symptoms of the inside of my nose feeling dry or dried out also got better quickly. At this point, a lot of the swelling has gone down, and if anything, it has become much more natural than before. Right now, the side where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested feels almost painless, and I was told they would monitor the scar tissue inside my nose a little longer and let me know later if further treatment is needed. At present, it seems to be settling naturally and gradually over time, so it feels much better than at first. The drooping nasal tip and high glabella have been naturally corrected, so the nose line looks really neat and well refined.
