This would be my first surgery, and I don’t want to put in an implant; I only want to correct a crooked nose. I’m thinking of going to hospitals that perform the surgery with a closed approach. Would there be much difference between doctors who are ENT specialists and those who are plastic surgery specialists? If anyone has experience with crooked nose surgery or osteotomy, please give me some advice!
