This is my fourth nose surgery, and now I’m considering a fifth surgery. I had it done at a clinic in Apgujeong that was hot on Babitalk, but the Medpor came through the nasal tip and damaged my columella .. That clinic still shows up. They say Medpor mesh is an implant material that causes a lot of side effects, and although it may differ from person to person, I hope at least no one gets side effects from using it unsafely, or better yet, from not using it at all.
