(Photo from the day of surgery) My nose doesn’t have that sharp, defined look… Before the revision, when I had my first surgery, it looked defined even with the splint onㅜ For reference, my first surgery was done by a specialist (closed approach/septal cartilage), and the revision was done by the chief director at the same hospital (open approach/septal cartilage + ear cartilage). I’ve seen some posts from people saying their nose looked higher after the splint was removed, but could it become more defined? ㅠㅠ
