Back then, I was only planning to get double eyelid surgery, but the doctor said there wasn’t enough space for epicanthoplasty and suggested raising my nose to create an epicanthoplasty-like effect.. Because I’m easily swayed, I ended up going along with it... and had the surgery. They made it too high, so I kept asking them to lower it and lower it, to the point where the doctor even said, “If you’re going to do that, why raise it at all?” I had them check repeatedly during the surgery and lowered it, you know? My skin is thick too, so I also raised it only slightly.. People around me said it turned out well. But now that I’m a bit older and maybe because I wear glasses often, I wonder if the skin got pressed down and sagged.. The silicone looks so obvious now ㅠㅠ I think it started looking obvious about 7 years after the surgery.. I don’t know about side effects, but I think the silicone may be showing through, and it may have gotten shorter too.. I regret it so much. More than anything, the worry that there’s something in my nose just never goes away, even after 15 years ㅠㅠ It’s a surgery you really have to decide on carefully ㅠㅠ I hope you all make a careful decision and have a successful result
