Even after getting revision rhinoplasty 2 years ago, my nose still looked crooked, so I was looking into places with lots of revision surgery reviews to try to straighten it out, and I ended up getting my 3rd nose surgery from Dr. Yoon Seok-ho at Miho.... You can see how crooked my nose was in the pre-op photos, right? When I’d say I wanted it done like this, I kind of felt like some places were reluctant, and it made me feel self-conscious ㅇㅇ It might have just been my imagination, but anyway, that’s how it felt. During the consultation at Miho, we decided to proceed with crooked nose correction + custom silicone implant + nostril asymmetry correction + functional rhinoplasty, and he said it seemed possible to reuse my existing cartilage without necessarily harvesting cartilage again. I liked that it felt like he only recommended the surgeries that were actually needed for my current nose condition, and among all the clinics I’d been to so far, he definitely seemed very experienced… It was different from the way he explained things. Up until about a week after surgery, I was a bit worried because there was swelling, but I walked often and tried to sleep sitting up as much as possible, and I could feel the swelling going down. I think everyone probably experiences this. As time passed, the line gradually got prettier, and during the consultation I asked him to pay the most attention to correcting the crooked nose, and this part definitely changed, so that’s what I’m most satisfied with for now. It came out as the straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted, very naturally, so I really love it! My mom saw it too and said it really turned out well this time lol I like the front view too because I can see the crooked nose correction, but I usually take selfies more from the side, so honestly I really love the side profile lol!
