I got my first nose surgery with a dramatic line

I had tried fillers before, but as you can see, they didn’t give me an effect I could be satisfied with. If I had been satisfied with fillers, I probably wouldn’t even have thought about surgery.. Anyway, I wanted a dramatic line, so I naturally considered costal cartilage too, and after narrowing down hospitals that are good at surgery using costal cartilage and going to consultations, I decided and had the surgery. For costal cartilage, I couldn’t decide between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, but while going to hospital consultations, I felt like I could be even a little more at ease with autologous costal cartilage, so I decided on autologous costal cartilage and also had hump nose correction, short nose correction, and nostril reduction together. Since the dramatic line was the look I was going for, I think the before-and-after difference is definite, but maybe because I raised the height of my nose a lot, my facial expressions felt really awkward for a while after surgery. Especially when laughing, I even had to hold my face while laughing... Since the surgery itself is done by the doctor, I don’t really have much to say about that, and I was really meticulous with recovery. First of all, I received all the swelling care the hospital provided, and when I was prescribed eye ointment, they told me to apply it thinly along the scar line. I really managed it well for months without skipping a single day, you know? Because of that, I don’t really worry much about the scar now. My skin is very sensitive, and I’m not the type whose wounds heal well, so I had even more worries and kept managing it consistently Since having surgery last year, I’ve been maintaining the line well without any particular issues so far, but now that it’s somewhat stabilized, I’m starting to notice other surgeries again too?
