Rhinoplasty after nose filler removal (cosmetic and functional nose surgery)

My nasal bridge was low, so I had tried nose filler too, but it didn’t improve my nasal tip, so I eventually had surgery at a clinic. I wanted an elegant, natural-looking straight-to-slightly-curved line like Shin Se-kyung’s nose, and I wanted the shape of my nasal tip to clearly improve. So even though it was my first surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage as the material for the nasal tip, and autologous dermis was used for the nasal tip as well. While I was having a consultation while looking at the CT, I was also advised to have surgery for a deviated nasal septum and the inferior turbinates, so I ended up having functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty. (My mindset was, since I’m doing it anyway, let’s do it properly.. haha) Pain from autologous costal cartilage probably varies from person to person, but for me it was very difficult for about 3-4 days. After a week passed, it improved a lot to the level of a stiff, pressing sensation. Now, unless I press on it or something, there’s almost no pain, and I’m doing fine in daily life. I’m still cautious and sensitive about touching the nasal tip when washing my face or putting on makeup. For example, when I’m in a crowded place or riding a packed subway, I worry that someone might touch my nose The pulling sensation in the columella also bothers me, but after another month or two passes, it should get better, right?
