5 years ago, I had nose surgery with silicone and septal cartilage at a place I chose after reading reviews, but since last year my nasal tip has gradually drooped.. Now it’s very obvious to anyone that it’s drooping, so I’m thinking about getting revision surgery sometime within next month. For the nasal tip to not drop and to stay well fixed, I think I’ll need to use costal cartilage? So I’m debating whether to use donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. With autologous costal cartilage, the rib area also has to recover, so I think recovery would take a long time, and donated costal cartilage has a high absorption rate and feels a bit unsettling For revision surgery, which material would be better? I want it to look natural, so for now I’m looking at reviews of Jeongwon and Naturalism.
