In conclusion, I’m satisfied, but I regret not making it just a bit higher.. Compared with the director’s blog or older review photos, his style has become much more natural. Keep that in mind, and if you want something more than natural, you absolutely need to emphasize it. It was my first nose surgery and I used autologous costal cartilage. Other places recommended septal cartilage or ear cartilage, but only this place recommended autologous costal cartilage. But after hearing the reason, it sounded right, and I heard he’s really good with autologous rib cartilage, so I decided to go ahead. But in the end, I do regret using autologous costal cartilage a liiittle because I wish it had been just a bit higher.. Since I already used autologous costal cartilage, if I want to make it higher even 10 years later, what would I use then.. Anyway, the Innofit design is art, and I absolutely don’t regret using an implant. If you’re going to have surgery at Nano anyway, I definitely recommend Innofit. I want my nasal tip to be higher
