Before surgery, the part of my face that always bothered me the most was the same area. When taking photos or looking in the mirror, from certain angles I didn’t like the line, so I naturally ended up turning my head away. Rather than wanting a big change, I spent a long time thinking that I just wanted the crooked part of my nasal tip to be refined a bit, and eventually decided on revision rhinoplasty.

Right after surgery, there was swelling and a little discomfort, but it was much better than I had expected. In the beginning, because of the swelling, there were moments when I wondered, ‘Is this right?’ But as time passed, the swelling gradually went down naturally, and I could visibly see the line becoming more refined.
Especially after 1 to 2 months, every time I looked in the mirror, I really felt that it had changed, and now at 3 months, it truly feels like my own face, so I’m very satisfied. If the nasal tip goes down just a little more, it’ll be exactly my ideal look!!
The thing I’m most satisfied with is that my impression improved naturally without looking artificial! From the side or at a 45-degree angle, the line looks much more refined, so taking photos has become more comfortable than before.
I used a 3D custom implant and autologous costal cartilage, and since they did quadruple fixation, I like that I don’t think I need to worry about my nose shape changing after surgery.
People around me have also said a lot that something looks different, but much better, and that my impression has become softer, so that made me even more satisfied!! It doesn’t look obviously surgical, but more like I naturally became prettier, and I especially like that. It’s so subtle that everyone says something seems different but they don’t know what, so I’m totally satisfied!!
