I had a consultation on a friend's recommendation. No CT scan was taken, and I met the doctor right away. While examining my nose, the doctor explained the surgical method in detail and said they would create my desired shape as much as possible without overdoing my current nose. I brought a celebrity photo, but they honestly said that because my nose is small, it probably could not be raised that much. Of all the clinics I consulted, this was the one that explained things most thoroughly.
