I had had Hiko done 3 years ago, but honestly, I shouldn’t have done it Even after doing it, it couldn’t correct my deviated nose, and the hump was still there.. It did look higher for a short while, but after some time, it all went back down. They decided to correct my blunt nasal tip and my overly drooping columella together. Director Lim at High-End is already very famous, and the consultation reviews were really good, so I went in with high expectations, and it was just as expected. He is also very skilled at designing the nose the way the patient wants. I wanted a nose that looked somewhat masculine yet natural, like Seo Kang-joon’s. Maybe because autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage were used together, it feels firmly fixed, and the nasal tip came out nicely rounded, so I’m very satisfied. My hump and deviated nose were severe, so I had osteotomy, but recovery was very fast. It didn’t hurt much either. (There was a slight throbbing feeling, but honestly that didn’t bother me at all.) It was my first cosmetic surgery, and he adjusted everything well to suit me. The aftercare was also thorough, which I liked.
