It’s been 2 years since my surgery, and work has been so hard lately that my whole body aches here and there. But around that time, the area above the nasal tip/nostril became slightly swollen and red, which seemed like possible inflammation, so I’m planning to go to an ENT today. But there are negative comments saying that once inflammation occurs, you absolutely have to remove it, while other comments say it’s fine as long as you don’t miss the golden time.. So if it’s confirmed today that it’s inflammation, do I absolutely have to remove it? Is there really no one who got better after taking medication?
