I had my surgery with the closed approach, but ㄱㅇㅅ: silicone removal + open approach + nasal tip support strut using ear cartilage ㅅㅅㅇ: silicone removal + closed approach + nasal tip cartilage repositioning? ㅍㄹㅁ: silicone removal + closed approach (both nostrils) + no need to use ear cartilage or nasal septal cartilage. If I really want, they can put something like Medifoam or whatever on the nasal bridge? They said I could decide after the surgery.
