I had only silicone inserted in my nose 5 years ago. Nothing was done to the nasal tip. As the nasal tip drooped, a step-off developed, so I want to remove it completely. Please recommend a clinic. I want to have the surgery through a closed approach~ If I just remove the silicone and reinforce only the step-off without building up the columella, is there a risk that this could happen again later due to further nasal tip drooping? Or if it could be okay with just that, I want to have the surgery as conservatively as possible~ Also, if rhinitis is severe, could there be side effects when using septal cartilage? Since it’s a revision surgery, I’m worried about all sorts of things..... I’d appreciate lots of advice~
