I had my hump shaved down, and without silicone, I had septal extension done with septal cartilage and a support strut placed. Because of dissatisfaction with the shape, an artificial-looking appearance, asymmetry, and nasal congestion, I’m going around for consultations. At the first clinic, they said they would remove the septal extension completely, adjust the length of the support strut to suit my original nose, release the tied nasal cartilage, and remove the cartilage? that is creating a step/indentation from the hump area to the nasal tip. I think this might be a way to get the natural look I want and go back toward my original nose. I’ve also booked other clinics, so I’ll listen to their methods and then decide. Complete removal means removing the columellar support strut too, right? And what I’m having is revision surgery?? For now, the cosmetic aspect is my priority.. I’m scheduled for consultations at ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅈㅇ, ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ. Are there any other places you’d recommend? Aesthetic sense is important..!!!! I’m aiming for an extremely natural look
