Sigh, I think I need nasal reconstruction, and I cry every day… Are hospitals famous for removal also good at reconstruction? Can you let me know which hospitals are decent for reconstruction? I’m so sick of implants, and I want reconstruction mainly using my own cartilage. I don’t want to use costal cartilage if possible…. With hospitals that are as conservative as possible… I don’t even want a flashy, pretty nose. Please help me, everyone…
