It’s now been one month since surgery My nose wasn’t high, so I got a lot of silicone recommendations here and there, but at the clinic they said that even just enhancing the nasal tip would sufficiently improve the line, even if it wouldn’t make it a dramatic-looking nose I had surgery with septal cartilage placed in the tip, and the hump was removed; the nasal tip shape came out well too I can’t really tell there’s swelling.. I guess some people just don’t swell muchㅋㅋ I also had rhinitis surgery at the same time, and honestly I didn’t notice any effect even after taking off the tape, but only after 3 weeks did I notice the difference. Now breathing is comfortable and my nose doesn’t feel very uncomfortable It just still feels a bit unfamiliar
