The director simply seemed to know a lot and looked confident, and the consultant was a little scary. I've only had a consultation, so I think I'll know once I actually have surgery. I liked that they said surgery here can be done with ear cartilage only, but I'm slightly worried about whether ear cartilage can properly support the nasal tip and whether the bridge of the nose will come out sharp.
