My nasal tip was blunt and had a bulbous-nose feel, so I thought I should get bulbous nose surgery. After going around to a few hospitals, I decided on surgery. I already had a nasal bridge, so I didn't want to put in silicone and only wanted to get rid of the bulbous-nose feel. Since I originally had nasal congestion because of rhinitis, I was debating between a board-certified plastic surgeon and a board-certified otolaryngologist, and chose the hospital thinking that it might be better to have nose surgery done by an otolaryngology specialist. I had fat removal, nasal tip cartilage suturing, osteotomy, and rhinitis surgery added, and the side profile came out naturally and pretty. But although the side profile definitely seems to have changed, it's so natural that from the front it also feels like there isn't a big difference;; lol Anyway, there are no side effects and I'm satisfied overall. But since the nasal tip got a bit smaller, my nostril wings seem to look larger, so I'm looking into alar reduction..
