Ever since I was young, my nostrils showed quite a lot, so I didn’t have a refined image, and it was always a complex for meㅠㅠ So I went around to different plastic surgery clinics for consultations, but there didn’t seem to be many places that specialized in the specific alar areas I wanted. Everyone only talked about big surgeries like the nasal bridge or columella osteotomy, and I’d seen people around me put silicone in the nasal bridge, get contracture, and then remove it again several times, so I was scared too.
