It’s day 7 after my rhinoplasty My nasal tip is much pointier and higher than I expected, so I’m a bit shocked I’ve seen people with bulbous noses become slimmer after the swelling goes down, but since I had it done with autologous costal cartilage, will it come down a bit and become rounder after the swelling goes down? If anyone here had the experience of it looking too dramatic after taking off the splint, please tell me how it is now
