When I first walked in, the people at the desk and the consultant seemed a bit underwhelming. I didn’t really notice it, but my mom said there was some slightly bothersome, impolite behavior. Also, the waiting time was a bit long, and it felt more crowded than on weekdays. I received a drink coupon in the middle and tried a drink, but the taste was just so-so. After that, I had a consultation with the consultant first. She looked at photos of my eyes and asked what style I wanted, and also gave recommendations. During the consultation with the director, he looked at and analyzed both my current eye photos and my eyes in person. I liked that he answered questions right away, and it was good that he explained the surgical method well. It felt a bit like he was pushing partial incision while still going with the style I wanted, so that was a little uncomfortable, but it wasn’t bad overall.
