So far, I’ve had consultations at 3 places in total: first, Director ㅇㅇㅌ at ㅁㅇㄷ(ㅏㅣㄴㅡ), then ㄷㅇㅇ(I probably won’t go here..), and Director ㅂㄱㅅ at ㅈㅇㅈ(ㅔㅣㅜㄴ). First, Director ㅇㅇㅌ at ㅁㅇㄷ said that since I already have a nasal bridge, raising the bridge is optional, but it would look nice to put in 2–3 mm of silicone. For the rest, they suggested correcting a short nose, bulbous nose, nostrils, and columella, and also doing alar reduction. Director ㅂㄱㅅ at ㅈㅇㅈ said to raise the nasal bridge just slightly, about 2 mm, with donated dermis, and for the rest, similarly correct the short nose, bulbous nose, nostrils, and columella, but said alar reduction probably wouldn’t be necessary. Both commonly recommended using donated costal cartilage (autologous costal cartilage is also possible), and I think ear cartilage was also common to both. The difference is whether to use silicone or dermis.
The prices are pretty similar, so I’m really torn between the two. Please recommend which place is better at male rhinoplasty I want to get it done by a skilled director, but it’s so difficult
