I went for a consultation with Director Seo Yong-hoon, and I was surprised because the consultation was really professional. For example, if it was double eyelid surgery, he explained the basic knowledge of double eyelid surgery one by one; if it was ptosis correction, he explained the basic knowledge of ptosis correction one by one, then explained the principles and applied them to my eyes, so it was much easier to understand, and I felt it was kind and professional. The hospital staff were all really kind too, and there wasn’t a single person who wasn’t pretty, so it somehow made me trust them... that kind of feeling. Also, basically, as soon as I walked in, there were generally more people than at other places, so that gave me trust.
