I went because of dark circles and fat, and the consultation was only with the counselor. I first saw the director during the surgery, and I was told that if filler was added after removing the fat, it could prevent hollowness under the eyes, so I got it, but it does not seem to have much effect, and because only the fat was removed, the area under my eyes actually looks more sunken.. They told me to come back for a follow-up after 6 months, but they never contacted me so I did not go. I plan to have revision surgery somewhere else.
