Had surgery 6 years ago. When I had under-eye fat repositioning, I boldly said I wanted epicanthoplasty too. (I regret not doing the epicanthoplasty at a specialist eye clinic. It made my impression a little, just a little? sharper.) The surgery result is fine; the under-eye fat has not filled back in or anything like that. I'm satisfied. Right after the surgery, probably because of the epicanthoplasty, the wrinkle under my left eye got deeply indented. I complained at the hospital, and they gave me laser treatment.
