I had the Kill Fat injection procedure a while ago when it was 50,000 won. The consultant was unfriendly, there was no effect at all, there wasn’t any proper explanation, and I remember the procedure being done carelessly by the staff... It was the first procedure I’d ever had in my life, so I was scared, and since it involved injecting solution into my abdomen, my belly was swelling up, which made it even scarier. But the doctor didn’t really pay proper attention, so I was even more scared I got the procedure because only my lower abdomen wouldn’t slim down, but in conclusion, it had absolutely no effect, so I don’t recommend this procedure... It seems like there’s currently a procedure promotion for around 70,000 won on Gangnam Unni.
