It was difficult because it was peak season, there were many people, and I could not easily find time for an appointment, but I was very satisfied with the consultation. I waited about 10 minutes at the scheduled time before going in. I liked that the director welcomed me with a smile. The atmosphere was comfortable, there was no recommendation for additional surgery, and they did not make comments implying that I would look prettier if I did something else. I liked that they only focused on what was truly needed. They designed the crease several times, explained the differences between surgical methods, and even explained the aftercare system in such detail that it felt like I had been briefed before surgery. I felt reassured haha. I still have other consultations scheduled, so I will visit them, deliberate, and then decide!
