The consultation was conducted in a very honest and straightforward way overall. Of course, I did not get a long consultation with the director, but he was very detailed and answered my questions very kindly. He did not exaggerate the results or give unconditional guarantees that there would be a good outcome. He only said that at minimum this kind of result could be expected, and that made me trust him. The manager who consulted with me was also honest. There was no unnecessary pushing of "do more here, do more there"
