I’ve had 4 surgeries. During my 3rd surgery, they removed the implant and did septal extension with ear cartilage, but maybe I should have just had everything removed then Right now I have tightness in my nose and tenderness? In cases like this, I should get it removed, right? After 4 real failures, I now want to go to a clinic that specializes in noses, but I’m scared of contracture. I’m looking at a few clinics, but is there anyone who has had removal done?
