Hello In 2022, I had surgery using silicone (I don’t know how many mm, I-shaped), ear cartilage, and AlloDerm I was twenty lol I got it done at a plastic surgery clinic downtown in the area where I live, not a famous one There was silicone asymmetry from the very beginning after I got it done, but I didn’t have enough time to have another surgery, so I just lived with it But I keep getting stressed about it (I even only contour one side;;), and as time has passed and the swelling has gone down more, I feel like the asymmetry is getting worse, so I want to remove the silicone I’ve also heard that once you start getting AS after nose surgery, you have to keep doing it I’m going to visit the original clinic while requesting my records, and if they say it’s possible there, I’m also willing to have it removed there There is clearly a shape-related problem even just by looking at it with the naked eye (I’m not lying, I don’t think I’ve seen silicone shifting worse than mine haha), If I have silicone removal surgery at the clinic where I originally had my nose done, would I have to pay the cost myself? Or would it be possible to negotiate with the clinic? I should have gone earlier and kept getting consultations, but a lot of time has passed, so I’m worried. Also, are there cases where people had silicone removed at the original clinic and it went completely wrong? (I’m fine with going back to my original nose, the bridge getting lower, or the nose shape not being what I expected.. I’m just wondering if it could end up worse than not doing anything) I’m worried about whether situations like contracture or necrosis could happen. Should I go to a clinic specializing in removal? But specialist removal clinics are also too financially burdensome Please give me advice
