Revision Rhinoplasty, Lowering the Nasal Bridge

I had rhinoplasty last year and did silicone and the nasal tip. Honestly, I only wanted to do the nasal tip, but they said I had to do the nasal bridge together, so I did it together, and it looked too artificial. Nasal tip septal cartilage. Nasal bridge silicone 1.5. A nose anyone could tell was done. And the silicone showed through between my eyebrows. From the front it was pretty, and from the side it was really high. If you only looked at the nose, it was really pretty, but it did not suit my face, and because it looked like my eyes were pulled inward, I thought maybe doing epicanthoplasty restoration first would help.. But it was completely ruined, so in the end I decided to lower the nasal bridge. Honestly, I wanted to remove it completely. But the director honestly said that if I took everything out, it would look strange. Since the nasal tip itself is on the high side, if only that part is raised, I would look like Pinocchio. He said he would trim it thinner and make it natural. Still, at first I said I did not want that. Honestly, removing the silicone and repositioning the cartilage would be quick. But if he trimmed the nasal bridge and adjusted the nasal tip to make the line, it would take more than an extra hour. He said removing the silicone is easy, but if I removed it, I would definitely have revision surgery again, so after hearing that, I was easily swayed. I decided to lower the silicone more and lower the dorsal line, and had surgery. Before anesthesia in the operating room, I told the director that I absolutely hated anything high, and that it had to be low, rounded, and natural, then had the surgery. I had surgery at 10:30 in the morning and got home at 1. It seems the surgery took almost an hour, and I came out right after resting for 30 minutes.. I could have stayed longer, but after waking up from anesthesia, lying down more actually felt harder, so I endured with willpower. They put small cotton pieces inside my nose and told me to remove them myself tomorrow. I did not have a splint. They said to remove the taping after 5 days and remove the stitches after 7 days. Because there is taping, I cannot see well.. The surgery went well, right? But why did they not use a splint? Are there cases where they do not? I will upload photos right after surgery! It was closed surgery. Honestly, because it was closed surgery and scars do not show, I did not feel burdened about revision surgery.. The photo with my eyes covered is 6 months after the first surgery. For reference.. People around me saw my nose and said it was pretty, so many went to this hospital.
