When I gain weight, my face looks slightly broad, and when I lose weight, my face gets a bit smaller and my features look slightly more defined. My rhinoplasty is coming up soon, and I wonder if this could affect the surgical result even a little. It is only a difference of a few kilos, about 3-4 kg.
