Male nostril-base reduction

My nose was originally on the bigger side, and I was bothered that my nostril wings got larger when I smiled. I saw my friend had surgery at ㅇㄴㅁㄷ and it seemed to turn out well, so I just went in for a consultation without much planning. The director explained at great length that it would probably be better to do nostril-base reduction together with alar reduction, but my concentration was terrible so I didn't really understand it well.. I went home and searched it up one more time lol Anyway, in the end I did those two, and I'm completely satisfied. I really like that my nostril wings don't get bigger when I smile, and I also like that my nose feels slightly smaller lolololol And for swelling, I thought I didn't have much, but from day 2 my nostrils had become really tiny and my nose turned triangular. I wondered if it was botched, but after 2-3 weeks it became very natural. Now, unless it's a close acquaintance, people don't even know I had surgery. It turned out that well and looks natural. They probably just think I lost weight lolololol
