I had revision rhinoplasty on 1/11. For my first surgery about 2 years ago, I only had silicone, ear cartilage, and nostril base reduction, but because it was done too conservatively, I personally wasn't satisfied. So this time, after searching hard, I boldly invested even though the cost is nearly top-tier. I redid the silicone for the nasal bridge and dorsum, used autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm for the nasal tip, lowered the columella, had alar grafting and wedge grafting, nasolabial angle correction, and nostril base reduction. I heard that in the early stage it has to be overcorrected so that once the swelling goes down, the line comes out just right, but it seems more excessive than I expected. How does it look to everyone here??
