I had a bulbous nose, but the bridge was also somewhat high, so my face looked masculine. After going to consultations, I was told surgery without an implant was possible, so it’s been about 2 weeks since I had surgery. There’s less swelling than I expected, and luckily there hasn’t been much pain either. The clinic where I had surgery didn’t use a splint or cotton packing, and since I only had taping on, I think it was comfortable. The doctor overcorrected the nasal tip, saying it would drop as the swelling went down, and as time passes, it does seem to be coming down little by little. The line itself is okay, so luckily I haven’t spiraled mentally and I’m holding up well. It’ll get prettier after a month, right?
