After my rhinoplasty, it didn’t really show, my nose was low, and I felt a bit unsatisfied? So I think that’s why I started considering revision surgery. At first, I was debating whether to use autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage. I’m also a pretty active person, so I thought about it a lot, and during the consultation I asked quite a lot about the pros and cons. The director also said that autologous costal cartilage has fewer risks than donated costal cartilage.. But the director said they only select and use high-quality donated costal cartilage without calcification, and that it could be made sturdy like autologous costal cartilage by using a double layer on both sides, so I think that’s why I ended up choosing donated costal cartilage. Anyway, the rhinoplasty turned out better than I expected, and so far it’s maintaining well without the nasal tip drooping or dropping :-) bb
