My nasal tip was somewhat droopy and I had a strong bulbous-nose look. I don’t see that many cases like this, so I’m curious how everyone else here is. I used autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and the surgery time ended sooner than I expected. The scar at the harvest site is also very short, so unless you really put a mirror up close and look, it doesn’t show at all. But I really do think the nose clearly changes the impression of the face. My own self-esteem went up and I gained a lot more confidence.
