My original nose was extremely low, almost flat, but they basically created a nose for me. Maybe because my nose was so low and I didn’t have high expectations, I was really satisfied. But now that about 3 years have passed, it has gotten a lot lower, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. I guess human desire has no end But the director was so kind and approachable. Though they are a total truth-bomber. They told me I had absolutely no volume in my nose. I brought in photos of the nose I wanted, but they said things like that weren’t necessary Maybe they meant I should just be satisfied with having a nose at all............ Even though it was my first surgery, the cost came out pretty high.
