I was deliberating over revision surgery because of rhinitis and a drooping nasal tip, and visited with more emphasis on the rhinitis. I wanted a natural yet defined contour, and got exactly the contour I wanted. It has remained well maintained without contracture or nasal-tip drooping, so I am extremely satisfied. In particular, even now, one year later, my rhinitis has not returned, and that is what satisfies me most. One nostril was small, and they corrected it, which may be why. I was worried about my keloid-prone skin and harvesting rib cartilage, and as expected, I developed a scar because of the keloid tendency. The clinic is treating it as aftercare, and I am satisfied because they are providing treatment suited to keloids.
