I had rhinitis + cosmetic rhinoplasty 3 years ago. Honestly, my rhinitis didn’t improve at all, and the nasal tip that was raised with septal cartilage gradually drooped and became pointy, so I had revision surgery I’m not very satisfied with the revision either I just want to go back to how I looked before surgery… If anyone is considering rhinitis rhinoplasty, I recommend getting surgery at a place that specializes in rhinitis nose surgery and only having the nasal tip cartilage tied. Even autologous cartilage feels seriously foreign And maybe it’s because the look I want is extremely, extremely natural, so I hate even the slightest sign that I had surgery, but a nose with nothing done to it looks the prettiest to me
