In the consultation room, the director took photos with a camera and proceeded with the consultation right away. I was preparing for my third nose surgery and had always been dissatisfied that the hump had not been properly refined. He briefly explained what my current condition was like and did not recommend hump osteotomy. He said it would be better to just refine it slightly, and although I wanted a straight nose, because my face is slightly on the long side, he thought a slightly straight-to-curved line would be better. He said my nasal septum is deviated, so autologous costal cartilage would need to be harvested again. For the cartilage visibility at the nasal tip, he said he would use the dermis from the rib area when harvesting the autologous costal cartilage. He kindly answered everything I asked, and the consultation was long. Overall, they were kind and the consultation was fine.
