After my nose surgery, I went to consult somewhere with an ENT specialist because of the deviated part of my septum. Maybe because they’re an ENT specialist, they spoke very clearly about the deviated septum and rhinitis surgery. They said hump osteotomy is not difficult. But I don’t really want osteotomy. They recommended osteotomy. They couldn’t explain the overall shape of the outside very precisely. They said autologous rib cartilage would need to be harvested again and that the surgery would be under general anesthesia. They said there would be an anesthesiology specialist during surgery. There was no discount related to any event. The cost is on the expensive side.
