I previously had functional surgery and hump nose surgery at another hospital, but a step-off remained, so I underwent revision surgery. I visited for a consultation after seeing the director’s YouTube video about step-offs, and because the consultation was very thorough, I decided to proceed with the surgery. There is still some swelling left, but the director said we would monitor the progress and also mentioned aftercare/revision support if needed, so I was satisfied☺️☺️
