Breast Surgery Reviews

I’m a middle-aged woman and got breast surgery. I should’ve done it even one year earlier

After having a baby and even finishing breastfeeding, I had so little breast volume that they didn’t even sag. On top of that, because of age + pregnancy, my skin elasticity wasn’t like before. No matter how much I supported them with a bra, they didn’t feel firm like they used to, and my clothes kept looking limp, so I felt really upset every time I looked in the mirror. I wondered if it was because I was getting older, or if it was just because I never had much breast volume to begin with.. I’m a middle-aged woman over forty this year, so I wondered if it might be a bit too much, but my husband and younger sibling said there’s no age limit for a woman wanting to look pretty, and if I wanted to do it, I should. So I made up my mind right away and decided to get it done. During the consultation, they didn’t just push me toward a large size no matter what. They looked carefully at my body type, skin thickness, degree of sagging, and even the position of my areolas. They were extremely meticulous and pinpointed the elasticity issue I was worried about, so I was recommended Mentor Xtra implants and had surgery with those. For size, I did 350cc on the right and 325cc on the left. I chose Mentor Xtra because I was told it holds shape well even in skin with insufficient elasticity and lasts well, and that’s exactly how it is. For the first month or two, there was a slightly heavy, tight feeling, but now they feel natural to the touch and keep a pretty shape even when I lie down. Seriously, if it was going to be like this, I should’ve gotten surgery in my 20s.. Before, even if I forced volume with a bra, I still looked flat in just a T-shirt, but now my lines are defined, so I naturally straighten my shoulders. My husband also said they look really natural and was amazed. On the other hand, I’m also so grateful to my husband for not stopping me from getting surgery.. Honestly, I hesitated about getting surgery after my 40s, but now I feel like I did so well deciding back then. The skin sagging has improved too, and the shape has settled stably, so my confidence has definitely changed. For everyone looking into breast surgery too, I hope you research well and have a successful surgery. I didn’t know I’d succeed with breast surgery at this age either. Maybe it worked because I wanted it so desperately..
