Submuscular breast augmentation review from an exercise lover

I’d wanted breast surgery for a long time because my breasts were small, but I’m a Pilates instructor, so I never had time for it. Then a close instructor friend told me that techniques have improved so much that you can have surgery and not need to rest for long~ So I went to a consultation at Grace Plastic Surgery, where that friend had had surgery, and the surgeon recommended submuscular surgery with an inframammary incision. They said I could start light exercise again after a month. During classes I’m often correcting posture, so I thought one week off would be enough and got Motiva surgery. Since I’m an instructor, body line is important, so I asked for it to be as natural as possible without looking like I had surgery, and it feels like I got exactly the breast shape I wanted. I’m satisfied. I rested fully for the week I had planned, started teaching clients again from week 2, and slowly resumed exercise from month 1, and my weight didn’t fluctuate while the swelling also seemed to go down much better. Of course I also managed my diet I’ve never been good with salty or spicy food, so maybe that helped me recover even faster~ If you’re an exerciser worrying about surgery because you think you’ll need to rest for a long time, try taking on the challenge. You might be able to get back to exercise sooner than you think!
