I went for a revision nose surgery consultation after watching a YouTube video, and then had the surgery, and the director was exactly the same as in the video. He talks a lot, but he speaks only in facts, so his style leaves no room for confusion. Not many people use rib cartilage in their first surgery, so unlike me, there are not many reviews at other clinics about removing rib cartilage in revision surgery, which made me very worried. But before I could even talk about my worries, the director brought up all of those points first, so I did not really have much to ask. Whether rib cartilage could be removed, how the shape and line would change after removal, and what material should be used newly were all explained as a baseline, and he even ran some program on the monitor and showed me what my face would look like virtually after surgery. When I compare the line he showed me then with my nose now after surgery, it really does seem very similar. By my standards, the cost was not cheap, but it was worth it, so I am satisfied.
